Bumpdate: 20 Weeks:

And today marks the Halfway point!!

How far along: 20 weeks (5 months)
Size of Baby: Baby should be weighing about 10 1/2 ounces (at our last appt last week, baby was weighing just over 11 ounces), and is about the size of a banana.
Gender: It's a BOY!
Due Date: Still around August 26-29 (baby is measuring bigger than I am)
Weight Gain: 1LB. If you remember from my 15 month bumpdate I had lost a few pounds. At my 17 week appointment (I get seen just about every 2-3 weeks) I had gained back up to pre-pregnancy weight plus 1LB (OB was super happy!), but have not gained in the past 3 weeks. They understand and know my illness very well and know my history from my last pregnancy, but are starting to get concerned and I am now on Ensure to try and gain some LB's (I was on Ensure Weight Gain my entire pregnancy with Charli too).
Maternity Clothes: Not yet
Sleep: Most nights I sleep really good, and am only getting up about 2-3 times to pee, but I have had a few nights where I am up about 6 times and it takes me a while to go back to sleep.
Movement: I finally felt little man move right around the 18 week mark (I was starting to get concerned, but my OB said all was perfectly fine). I feel his little kicks and punches occasionally (not as much as I would like), but I am also on the move, chasing around a toddler so I am sure he is moving a lot more than I am feeling right now!
Any Pains: My back is still causing major issues. Both my arthritis Doctor and my OBGYN have called in for me to be seen by a Physical Therapist/Massage Therapist.
Food Cravings: I have been craving popsicles like nobody's business, milk and cereal, chips, and salads. Anything else is at a moments notice!
What I am looking forward to: I am looking forward to feeling or little guy start to move so much more and can't wait until Steven can feel him and for Charli to feel him for the first time! It will truly be a special moment!

Keep growing strong and healthy little man!
We love you!

  5. Look at your cute bump! And as for the popsicles have you ever tried coconut popsicles? I have currently been destroying one or two a day, they are amazing.
