Crafting Chronicles: Milk Glass:

If you have been following along for a while, then you already know my love for crafting/decorating and I have been in full force crafting mode this week and today!

***

Do you happen to have a ton of clear flower vases just laying around taking up space in your cupboards like I do? Well they are great to have for the occasional bouquet of flowers, but I honestly love the look of my flowers in a water pitcher rather than in a clear vase.
So needless to say, all of my clear vases are very rarely used and collecting quite a bit of dust...

Until I decided to make them white!!

I love the look of milk glass, whether it be a pitcher or a vase...
It is classic, simple, elegant, and can be used in your everyday decor with flowers or just empty!

So here is what you'll need...

*Vases (washed and dried)
*Glossy white spray paint

Next:
*In a well ventilated area, place vases on brown paper bags, newspaper, or a drop cloth
(which ever you have/prefer)
*Shake spray paint bottle and start spraying vases evenly until well coated
*Let dry completely

 And voila!!

Don't those look so much better!
And now you may decorate as you wish!

And yes, I have already started pulling out my green spring items and have been decorating our home for St. Patrick's Day! ;)
Is it Spring yet?!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Friday and has a fabulous weekend!

Happy Crafting!
