Recipe: California Grilled Cheese:

It is very rare when I actually try something new (because I am already so limited because of my Celiac), or even cook! Yes, my husband does almost all of the cooking in our household, and I am totally okay with it! ;) haha! But I will say, in the past several months, I have been trying to do better, and do some cooking! So today was one of those days, and I must say... I am pleasantly surprised!

So this morning I made an awesome breakfast smoothie, and it turned out great! Totally making this a few times a week! It is super low in calories, good source of protein, and super delicious! "The Chunky Monkey Smoothie" 1 cup chocolate milk (I actually didn't have any in the house, so I made homemade chocolate milk), 1 cup ice, 1 banana, and 1 tbsp. peanut butter! Yep, that's it!

And then for lunch, I made an awesome grilled cheese with guacamole! YES, Guacamole! I am calling it a "California Grilled Cheese"! Just make your guacamole (I know there are a lot of different recipes), spread the guac on each slice, add your cheese, and continue how you would a normal grilled cheese!

Man, if only the hubby was home to witness my master skills in the kitchen! ;) I guess I will have to make it for him too!
