Our 4th Anniversary:

Happy Anniversary to the most amazing husband I could have ever dreamed of having! I cannot believe it has been 4 years since the day we said "I Do"!

It has been a crazy 4 years, but a good crazy and I wouldn't change a thing!
We have dealt with our fair share of ups and downs but each one of them has put us where we are today and has made us grow closer and stronger as a husband and wife, and as a mother and father. In a short 4 years we have lived in 4 homes, in 4 states, have had 3 pregnancies, 2 beautiful children, and 1 deployment (but many more days apart due to being out to sea or work). I am thankful for all of the holidays and birthdays we have shared together as I know we won't always get to because of your career. And I am most thankful that it will be you by my side when I go under for surgery in a little over a week. I am so sorry I have been so sick these past 4 years. You are my rock and because of you I haven't had to go through it alone.

I couldn't have picked a better person to do life with. You are my best friend, my other half, my love. You are who I lean on when I am down, look to for a 'pick me up', and you are the person I am most excited to see each and every day. Because of you I am a wife and because of you I am a mother. Thank you honey for all that you do! You truly make me the happiest woman and I couldn't imagine spending forever with anyone else!
I love you something fierce!

And because I was reminiscing and came across these super fun "In The Dress" pictures we had done after he got home from deployment and we had moved to California, I thought I would share a few!

I love you honey!
Happy Anniversary!

Crew's First Tooth:

It's true, it's true!
Crew's first tooth finally cut through!

*Can you see it up there?! The tiny white dot on the corner of his right side! The bottom picture shows you just how close the second one is to popping out too! It looks as though they have both cut but I am here to tell you they haven't!

If you can remember, Crew started teething right about 3 months (chewing on everything and super drooly). It has been an on and off 4 1/2 months of teething for this little guy, with it starting to really get to him Last Month

Even at Crew's worst he was still a happy baby. He was fussier than normal though and really just wanted to be held all day or be on the boob. His gums started bleeding last night which is something we have never dealt with before (Charli's never bled, always just cut through very easily), which is what made us think we would be getting a tooth today and we did! We aren't out of the woods though just yet as only a corner has popped through. I am hoping the rest comes in tonight and praying he will be like big sis and cut the second in another day or two!
Fingers crossed!

Here's a little outtake of me trying to get a picture of his tooth...

Such a little stinker with his tongue! ;)

Hope everyone had a TOOFriffic Tuesday!

Happy Birthday to My Love:

A very Happy Birthday to the most loving, kind, and supportive husband I could have ever dreamed of! I am so incredibly lucky to call him mine and our children are even luckier to call him Daddy! I am so glad you were born!
Today we celebrate you!

Daddy got to sleep in this morning (that equals 8 am in parent world) and one thing he really wanted to do was get a ride in on his trainer with one of his best friends from Charleston. He ended up getting to ride twice today; this morning and this evening.

We celebrated Steven with the perfect Sunday Brunch at our favorite little spot at the beach followed by a wine tasting with some friends at Greenvale Vineyards.

I also wanted to throw Steven a small birthday party this year. He wanted something super casual, low key, and low maintenance, and wanted to invite just a few of his friends over (and their families) to watch some March Madness. So that we did!

I threw a few things together for the birthday boy. Keeping with his theme of super casual and low maintenance!

*Charli of course needed to blow out her own candles too... haha

Thank you again to those that could come over and celebrate!
We are truly grateful for all of our friends here, new and old, and I know everyone made it a truly special day for Steven!

Happy Birthday honey, Thirty Five looks good on you!
We love you so much!
