Our Gig Harbor Family Vacation:

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday! 

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and got through their Monday alright! I am finally getting around to posting about our wonderful trip to the Pacific Northwest. If you follow me on Instagram then you know we headed up to Seattle last month for a family vacation. It was fabulous and much needed! The fact that our children had only seen their daddy a total of maybe 3 days in 3 months, meant it was time to get away, relax, unwind, and enjoy some family time.

All of my mom's side of the family lives out in Washington/West Coast and my brother and I grew up going out there every Summer for an entire month to be with them. My family has a beautiful beach house that has been in our family since my Nana was a little girl. The memories that are held there are truly special and the beach house is something I want our children to grow up seeing and making memories in as well! 

This was our first time back to Gig harbor since Charli's First Trip over 2 years ago, making this Crew's very first time meeting his Great Grandparents and all of his family. This was also Crew's very first time on an airplane (another post for another day is all I can say...). The flight there wasn't too horrible and we were just happy to have arrived safe and sound!

Our week was spent truly relaxing and enjoying every minute with our family! From lazy mornings at the beach, to spending time with Great Nana, Great Papa, Great Aunts, Great Uncles, Cousins, watching football, going shopping, playing, eating, drinking, and truly just making memories that we will cherish forever! 

And most importantly seeing my children play on the beach that has been in our family for generations, finding as many treasures to take home, was something I will hold so close in my heart and was truly something special. 

We love you all and miss you all so much already and cannot wait to see you again!
